Features
A document vault with permanent version history
The document vault holds the files behind the minute book: the articles and certificate, by-laws, shareholder agreements, signed resolutions, deeds and annual returns. Every file keeps its full history.
Every version kept under one record
When a document changes, such as a signed copy replacing a draft or amended articles, upload it as a new version of the same record. Earlier versions can't be edited or deleted, so the vault always shows every file a record has had, who uploaded it, when, and a note on what changed.
Find documents quickly
Filter by category, show only governing documents such as articles and by-laws, or search by any title or file name a document has had.
Audit history for each file
Each document has a details view with its versions, the resolutions, minutes or consents that use it, and an activity history of uploads and changes with the person, time and IP address.
