Features

Your corporate records, stored in Canada

Corporate records include directors' home addresses, dates of birth from the ISC register and the company's ownership. Carta keeps them on servers located in Canada that aren't owned by a US entity.

Separate records for each corporation

Each corporation's registers and governance records are kept in their own database schema, and every request is checked against the signed-in user's access to that corporation.

Common questions

Who can see my records?

People you invite to the corporation's workspace, according to their role. See the Terms of Service for how EURA handles data.
